Consulting firm needs a Web Developer for permanent position. Firm’s contract should start early to mid-April and run with option years to 2016 possibly.

Must have at least 8-10 years of experience.
Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Technology required and Master’s Degree Preferred.
Knowledge of: Database Management (SQL Server/ORACLE, XML); Web Development (Java, .Net, Scripting); XML (Schema/Interfaces); Identity Management.
Experience developing solutions using Active Directory is a plus.
Experience with National Information Exchange Model (NIEM), LEISP Exchange Specifications (LEXS) is a plus.
