Title: Manager of Training and Development

Location: Cape Girardeau, MO

This position reports to the Vice President of Development and Administrative Services and is responsible for the overall management, design, development and delivery of enterprise learning for the Medical Center’s enterprise curriculum solutions.  Will employ a variety of tools and facilitative/instructional methods for designing and delivering the learning needs of the organization. Key areas of effectiveness will be measured performance improvement, regulatory compliance and return on investment.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Education, Curriculum Development or closely related field and demonstrated success in related position.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in education, corporate training, organizational effectiveness, professional and leadership development.
  • Healthcare experience a plus.
  • Proven ability to align strategic and operational needs with training programs and organizational effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of instructional design, multimedia training and working knowledge of key learning system.
  • Must have strong presentation and communication skills.
