Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI.

Background Experience Required: At a minimum, the successful candidate must possess:

  • Ten (10) years of related experience, or BS degree and six (6) years of related experience, or MS degree with four (4) years of related experience.
  • Meet DoD 8570.01 IAT/IAM requirements, and have a minimum of two (2) years of lead experience.
  • Five (5) years of DoD experience and a current ITIL certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience managing Help Desks using the Remedy Help Desk tool suite is required.

Education/Certifications Required: Optional Education – ITIL Certified.
