Codes patient diagnosis, operations and procedures, utilizing the ICD-9 and in the future ICD-10, where appropriate, CPT-4 classification systems, for the purpose of internal clinical databases and reimbursement.  RHIT, RHIA, AHIMA, or CSC preferred.  Associates Degree, Health Information Technology required; 1 year prior healthcare experience preferred.
