Project / Process Engineers are technical support for manufacturing plants. They spec, purchase, install, train on new equipment as well as improve existing processes and products.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Support Domestic Manufacturing Operations
- Equipment Purchases
- Planning New Facility preparations
- Equipment Installations
- Document New Equipment Specifications
- Train operators on Equipment
- Planning New Production Line Specifications
- Assist Start up efforts
- Provide Troubleshooting
- Provide Process Training
Job Skills:

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors in Plastics Manufacturing, BS Mechanical Engineering Tech, or BS Manufacturing Engineering Technology.
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 2 years Experience in Plastic Extrusion manufacturing or similar.
- Bilingual – Spanish & English.
